11 and 12 grades The curriculum in grades 11 and 12 focuses on the preparation for university education and students choose their high level subjects. The successful graduation from Zlatarski School is a proof for students' devotion and motivation, for advanced academic achievements, as well as interpersonal skills. Students in grades 11 and 12 are offered three pathways for graduation. Students have the freedom to choose their profiling subjects. |
IB Diploma candidates study one subject from 6 areas - 2 languages, Maths, experimental sciences, humanities, arts and a subject of their choice. Three of the subjects are studied at high level, and the rest at standard level. The Academic programme consits of an Extended Essay, a course on Theory of Knowledge (TOK) and Creativity, Action, Service (CAS)

The educational process is administered by the IBO and end by sitting exams in the subjects studied. Students are graded by international examiners. In order to achieve an IB Diploma, students are required to obtain at least 24 out of 45 points. |
